Placed order in the last week of January... paid in full using Gpay... on the 1st of Feb got a missed call from Amazon Delivery... then got a text that the product was delivered... I HAVENT GOT THE PRODUCT!!! Called customer service number that's mentioned on the website... they said they'll call back in 24 hours... THEY HAVENT CALLED IN A WEEK AND NOW NO ONE IS ANSWERING THEIR CALL AS WELL... HAVE I LOST MY MONEY???
