Tasty , yummy with High Energy and moist Whey Protein Cookies Recipe made with banana, oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chips and whey protein powder.

 3 medium ripe bananas
2-3 scoops (80g) unflavored whey protein powder
1/1/2 cup rolled quick or old fashioned oats
3 tbsp peanut butter
2-3 tbsp chocolate chips , mini
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use a food processor to finely grind one cup of the oats into a flour.
  3. parchment paper or silicone baking mat, and spray with cooking spray
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter and sugar.
  5. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand
  7. Spoon mixture onto prepared baking sheet (cookies don’t spread, so shape them now) and bake for 12-14 minutes (depending on size). Cool on a cooling rack for 5 minutes.

Store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Freeze: For up to 1 month. The best way to defrost protein cookies is in a microwave. That way the moisture and softness is restored.

Note:- You can also use vanilla whey or any other Whey Powder
